I read you can bring the voltage of a 18650 up so it can be charged so I tried it. Here are the results., This battery had xxx on it because it would not charge because the voltage was 1.1.
I connected a charged battery + to +, - to - for about 40 seconds. This brought the voltage up enough to get the charger to enguage. after the charge the volts are as pictured, running the load test resulted in as pictured
WOW This battery is super strong and it was ready for the Bin!
note: This battery showed 1.1 v and not zero, so far zero batteries have not worked
