    voltage discharge characteristic curve. Lastly, lithium-polymer batteries offer wide temperature ranges,
    high energy densities, and low self-discharge rates. Nickel-metal hydride (NiMH) is an additional battery
    technology that offers a middle ground between alkaline and lithium.
